5km update

We have our first update on Emmet's progress today. At the 5km mark, his time is 43 minutes and 53 seconds. If he continues at this rate, that would be a 6 hour 10 minute time for the race.

Before the race, Emmet thought that these times would not take account of the time spent getting to the start but it took over an hour from Emmet's start time for the e-mail with this info to arrive so it might be his actual time for the 5km. We'll be able to tell from the 10km update anyway.
